Պլ. Ննխ. սիւլիւգ, Վն. սիւլիւկ. Ղրբ. սիւլի՛ւկնը, որոնք բոլոր նշանակում են «տզրուկ»։-Աճ.
• Նախ ԳԴ համեմատեց պրս. զէլիւկ, զէլիւք ձևերի հետ։ Տէրվ. Altarm. 36 տիզ, թեք, տէգ ևն բառերի հետ հնխ. štig «խթել, խայթել» արմատից. հմմտ. պրս. tīz «հատու, արագ», սանս. ti, ghra «հատու» ևն։ Դաւթեան, Արձա-գանք 1886, 495 տիզ բառից։ Հիւնք. պրս. պուզուրկ=հյ. վզուրկ «մեծ» բա-ռից։ Վերի մեկնութիւնս տե՛ս Բանաս. 1906, 106։-Պրս. բառի ծագման համար Curtius համեմատութեան է առնում լտ. birūdō, իռլ. gil=կորն. gel հոմանիշ-ները, բայց սրանք ո՛չ միայն իրանեան բառի, այլ նոյն իսկ իրար հետ կապ չունին (Walde 367 և 355)։ Böttich.
• arica 67 իրանեանից փոխառեալ է դը-նում սանս. [other alphabet] ǰalūkā, ǰalukā, ǰalikā «տզրուկ», որ կասկածելի է ըստ Horn § 664։ Նորագոյն քննիչները թէ՛ սանս. jalūkā և թէ իռլ. gil=կորն. oel «տզրուկ» դնում են հնխ. gel-«կուլ տալ» արմատից (տե՛ս Pokorny 1, 621 և վերը կուլ)։ Այս դէպքում դժուարու-թիւն չեմ տեսնում իրանեան բառը փո-խառութիւն դնելու սանսկրիտ ձևից։
• ԳՒՌ.-Վն. տզրուկ, Ալշ. Երև. Մշ. տզրուգ, Խրբ. դրզուգ, Ապ. Բլ. ծծրուկ (ըստ Ամա-տունի, Հայոց բառ ու բան), Նբ. ձնձրուկ, որոնք բոլոր նշանակում են «տզրուկ»։ Նոյն բառն են Ջղ. պզդրուկ «ջրի մէջ գտնուած փոքր տզրկանման անասնիկներ» և Սեբ. նէվ-դըռձուգ՝ վատ իմաստով ածական, ա-ռանց որոշ նշանակութեան։ Նոր փոխառու-թիւն են Ջղ. զէլու (պարսկերէնից) և Շմ. լmզիւ (շրջուած արևել. թրք. zälū ձևից)։
• ՓՈԽ.-Քրդ. [arabic word] dizruk «տզրուկ» փո-խառեալ է հայերէնից (այսպէս է ընռունում նաև lusti. Dict. Kurde 182), որին ապա-ցոյց է նախաձայն ատամնականը, որ բոլոր նոր իրանեան լեզուների մէջ պակասում է։ Բնիկ քրդ. ձևերը տե՛ս վերըւ
