• ՓՈԽ.-Վրաց. უონი փոնի, ყნი ֆո-նի, մինգր. φონი փոնի, φონი ֆոնի. սվան. fon, lafan, աբխազ. afan «գետի հու-նը», վրաց. უუონო ուփոնո «հուն չու-նեցող (գետ)». այս բառերը կարող են ներ-կայացնել հայերէնի հնագոյն ձևը (տես Չուբ. 2 1312). իսկ ըստ Հիւբշ. 397 պատա-հական նմանութիւն ունին։
